Harmony Project was formed originally as a small organization to offer children the opportunity to learn music. At inception, it began with violin, vocal, and woodwind instruments. Harmony Project has grown to encompass hundreds of students in several underserved neighborhoods. Harmony Project believes that music informs not only the love of art but confidence and successful work in school. Currently, 100% of the last graduating class went on to attend college. Over the years, the MaddocksBrown Foundation has provided general funding as well as funding for musical instruments and music books.
